Congratulations Kristen H.!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to Kristen H., who earned 1st chair in this weekend's District 10 All-District Band auditions! Kristen is an 8th grader at Jackson Middle School.  

Another congratulations to Alison O'Bryan, who is a member of the Northern Virginia Youth Winds ensemble.  They had their Season Opener concert yesterday, and played incredibly well.  I was so happy to see Valerie,  Sarah, and Kristen at the concert.  Hearing outstanding ensembles like NVYW are so inspirational, and I encourage everyone to go to concerts as often as you can.
